At  Lakshya Organics, we strive to ensure timely and reliable delivery of all orders across India.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

For fresh products such as ghee, orders placed before 9:00 PM are usually scheduled for delivery on the following day in serviceable locations.

Once dispatched, customers will receive order and shipping updates through the contact details provided during checkout.

 


 

Delivery Timeline

We deliver through our in-house delivery network in selected areas and through trusted courier partners for shipments across India.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Local deliveries: Usually within 1–2 days
  • Other locations across India: Typically within 2–6 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen operational delays.

 


 

Service Availability

We currently accept and deliver orders across multiple locations in India, subject to serviceability by our logistics partners.

 


 

Order Cancellation by Us

In certain situations, we may need to cancel an order within 48 hours of placement. This may happen due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Delivery limitations
  • Payment issues
  • Incorrect order details
  • Operational or logistical challenges

If an order is cancelled from our side after payment confirmation, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
