Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 5-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery. To request a return or exchange, you may contact us through:

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid invoice/order confirmation must be provided during the return process.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received an incorrect item.
  • The packaging was not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
  • The product delivered was expired.

Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup from the same delivery address. You will be informed about the pickup timeline in advance.

For approved exchanges, the replacement product will usually be delivered within 3–5 working days after the returned item has been picked up.

If there is any issue related to delivery, kindly notify us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Issues related to payment or customer details
